The following are links to Maine Condominium Laws. Until Meadowlark changes it's by-laws the Unit Ownership Act applies to us.

The Maine Condominium Act applies to all Maine condominiums created after December 31, 1982

Please note that some portions of the Maine Condominium Act apply to condominiums formed under the Unit Ownership Act. See Section 1601-102 of the Maine Condominium Act for an explanation.
